Fastrak candidates are employed in the following areas:
Supplementary Personnel:
The use of supplementary (or temporary labour) delivers cost effective solutions to cope with the fluctuating demands of labour in today's workplace. This process is becoming a widely used management tool in today's rapidly moving business environment.
Fastrak can provide individuals or an entire team of contract personnel at short notice for assignments ranging from a single day through to an annual contract.
Casual to Permanent:
This solution provides a lower risk alternative to the client as opposed to the traditional permanent placement service. Potential candidates are employed by Fastrak.
Permanent Placement:
This is the traditional method for the provision of permanent employees. This service includes applicant screening, interviews, skills testing and reference checking, followed by the presentation of a shortlist to our client for final selection. Should the employee not meet the requirements as stipulated, a replacement individual will be found.
Contract Personnel
This service applies where a customer wishes to employ a team of candidates for an extended period, (i.e.: three months or more). Rates are negotiated, depending on the duration and volume of the client's requirements. This service also applies when a client engages Fastrak to provide the personnel for an entire site, division, or shutdown operation. Contract staffing provides flexibility in relation to the work force where the client remains removed from employee relations, terminations and performance management.
Rates:
Where personnel are provided on a contract basis, our rates are fully inclusive of: Workers Compensation Insurance, Public Liability Insurance, Superannuation and Payroll Tax. There are no hidden fees; the rate quoted is the rate you will be invoiced (Plus GST).
